Chicken Vindaloo

Chicken Vindaloo is originally a Portuguese delicacy and was prepared with pork. But the versatility of this preparation is its adaptability with any type of meat. In Goa, India, instead of pork, chicken is used in making vindaloo and that has made it  a popular Goan dish. You can try it with red meat also.
