Chicken Pakora

Chicken Pakora is a north Indian delicacy that is mostly served as yummy snacks.  Easy to prepare ingredients and simple to cook process are the two main attractions of this chicken dish. It takes hardly 30 minutes to prepare the chicken and then it takes 5-10 minutes to fry the pakoras. Let’s check the ingredients of this appetizer.

  • Boneless Chicken
  • Ginger Garlic paste
  • Garam Masala
  • Egg-one, well whisked
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt adjust to your taste

  • Red Chili powder
  • Gram Flour
  • Corn flour
  • Salt-proportionate to taste
  • Onions
  • Green Chilies
  • Cashew Nuts
  • Curry Leaves
  • Coriander Leaves handful (chopped)
  • Coriander Leaves for garnishing
  • Cooking Oil for deep frying
